如何繳費給美國Visa Center ? - 移民

我正在辦理美國依親移民簽證，表格是DS-3032（這是什麼？）

昨天收到美國National Visa Center寄來的繳費通知：

「Immigrant Visa application Processing Fee Bill」

最後有一聯，要我繳費後，剪下來寄回去。


不過我沒有繳費到國外的經驗，想請教各位先進我應該如何繳費？

是不是去銀行外匯部門，跟他們說，我要買匯票，然後
把這張匯票寄回Visa Center？


繳費單上面註明的步驟是：

「A cashier’s check or money order in U.S. dollars,

drawn on a U.S. bank, made payable to the Department of State

with the case number written on the front check

( Do not send cash, a personal or attorney/firm check).」


他要我用「cashier’s check」或「money order」是不是匯票的意思？

可是，我不知道匯款時，對方的抬頭要寫什麼？是不是寫：

U.S. Department of State, National Visa Center
