地點：boylston st., fenway park後面,apt位於一樓（搬行李很方便）


限制：乾淨 不煙不酒 無特殊限制
房租:1天40美（價錢可議), 水電網暖氣等全包

其他補充:地理位置極佳,走路5分鐘到地鐵綠線b line kenmore and hynes
搭公車到mit,哈佛等等 都很方便,靠近NEC,NEU, Berklee,prudential center
