下面是資訊

$1550 / 3-4 br - Fully furnished 3-4 bedrooms apartment no fee (Malden)
Very nice sunny 3 - 4 bed rooms and one bath apartment located on
second/three floor in a two family house with a huge back deck located at
Malden in a quiet neighborhood. Apartment has hardwood floor, large living
and dining room, re-model kitchen and bathroom, eat-in-kitchen. 1 min walk to
97, 99, 104 and 105 bus station and 15 min walk to Malden center T station.
2-3 min drive to Costco, Target and Stop & Shop. 3-5 min drive to Rout 1, 16,
60 and 99.

This apartment is fully furnished (dining room set, living room set, computer
tables, bedroom sets, lamps, bookshelf, microwave, oven, dishes and
dishwasher, double door refrigerator, air conditions, art…….., free washer
and dryer in basement.

Rent is $1550, included internet, free washer and dryer and hot water.
However, if you do not want the furniture, we can decrease the rental to
$1400/month. Other utilities are not included. The heater is new gas system
and very efficiency ($ 100-120 per month in average). It will be available on
April 1, 2010 however, you may move into in two days early without charge.
First and last month rents, no fee, no subleases!
Parking is available for three cars on driveway and two cars on the street.
