之前爬了文知道大家都是用戶籍謄本當出生證明
所以八月底就申請了一份全戶的戶籍謄本
最近寄給律師 律師卻說
"birth documentation must have been registered within one year after
the birth"
我的戶籍謄本 was dated August 25, 2016 (我申請的那天)
所以不能當出生證明...
請問大家的戶籍謄本也是這樣date的嗎?
移民局真的有限制出生證明一定要在出生內一年取得的才能用嗎?
是我搞錯的甚麼嗎@@?
我該再準備其它文件嗎?
還是該怎麼跟律師說?
