We are located between 3rd st and Bixel (just behind LAUSD) and three minutes walking to DASH BUS stop (from here to USC main campus). Very nice place.

I am looking for a roommate to stay in upper floor.

I am a graduate student in USC. It takes approximately 15 minutes from home to USC Parking Structure.

I am kind, nice, clean, polite and neat.

Either Male or female is fine. No drug, No smoke, No pet.

Utilities will be separated together every month (power, water, gas, cable internet, trash), and laundry is connected to the house. Also we will share the kitchen and the dining room.

My roommate will leave soon because his parents will come soon. So he should find new house to live with his parents.

We have 2 available parking space, many guest parking spaces too, huge pool, Jacuzzi, library and business rooms, board room, huge Fitness, Sauna and massage room and so on.
