The apartment is wall-to-wall carpeted. It's recently shampooed and it's so
thick that you can tell the difference once you step on it.
The kitchen has plenty of storage, garage disposal, dishwasher, microwave,
and GAS range and oven!!
Full size washer and dryer are located in the unit, so you can do your
laundry anytime you want to, even when you are short on quarters!

The building has all the amenities that you (might) need: business center for
your meetings, faxing, printing, and Internet access (if you didn't have a
computer with you); fitness center and rooftop swimming pool for your
wellness, party room with plasma and fireplace if you have a lot of friends
coming over. Propane grille is available on the 3rd floor. Concierge takes
care of your parcel and dry cleaning; 24 hour maintenance staff to fix any
problems. They even guarantee that they would resolve any problem within 24
hour, if they did not, rent will be exempted till the day the issue is
resolved.

Your room mate will be a 26 years old guy just relocated to DC for a job as
an analyst for hotels. He is an easy going and laid back guy who works hard
during the week and likes to have fun during the weekend. He is very
respectful to others and cleans up after himself; keeps common area tidy but
is not a neat freak. He just got to the city and would love to make new
friends.
