急問!! 超速罰單問題 - 舊金山

我兩個星期前在101上被開了一張超速罰單

22349a EXCEEDING MAXIMUM SPEED LIMIT OF 65 MPH

是由 Marin County的法院開出的

已經收到單子了

但是他上面只寫了
there are two options available to you.

1. Pay the Bail amount Due. You may avoid a court appearance by
paying the bail amount on or before the due date.

2. Pay the Bail Amount Due and Request Traffic School Attendance.
You may be eligible to attend Traffic School. You must pay the above
bail amount plus additional $49.00 administrative fee on or before your
due date. (see reverse side of this notice for details)

我現在搞不懂的是
我是否需要上 traffic school ?
我如果不上的話，只需要把支票寄回法院就行了?
(我知道直接繳錢保險會增加)
如果要上的話，是不是只要加上49塊錢，就可以直接去上課?
還是要先打電話到MARIN COUNTY法院去register才能上?

但因為我不是住在marin county, 我住在南灣.
我如果要去上 traffic school 的話, 可以選擇附近的來上嗎?

有人是跟我說叫我直接拿著這張Courtesy Notic到我住的附近的法院去,
直接付錢跟他說要上課就好,
請問可以直接這樣子做嗎?
