Job Offer - Johor Bahru (Admin Assistant @ Construction company)
◎Headquarter : Kuala Lumpur
◎Basic Salary : RM 2.3K + (Negotiable, commensurate to experience &
qualifications)
◎Working Hours : Regular hours, Mondays-Fridays
◎Gender : Male preferred
◎Spoken Language : Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin / English
◎Job scope :
– To be able to handle day to day administrative duties.
– General administration duties such as Billing, Filing, Copying, Faxing,
etc.
– Handling incoming calls and transfer to relevant department.
– Ensure proper handling in receiving, monitoring and tracking documents.
– Able to perform tasks assigned by management.
