慢跑、跳繩減肥(勿打廣告) - 社會議題

我現在大一167cm/75kg意識到自己太胖了,所以最近想開始減肥我想用慢跑.和跳繩當主要運動我想請問各位慢跑的話是要跑長「時間」還是固定「距離」例如說我是應該慢跑20分鐘還是跑2000公尺然後每周應該幾次跳繩應該每天跳嗎?
