你可以要求適度的賠償,但你必須列舉合理的損失
至於他反悔,然後加價,這點只是造成你的不快
你要求賠償的重點是要提出損失的證明及清單
當然你可以上yelp或BBB去compalint
然而,如果你們沒有簽約,只是單純的"approval"
那賠償的上限取決於你的損失 (切記,損失是指你approval到他cancel)
這段期間發生的事,都可以要求
如果只是週六,然後今天週三,如果你有沒有特別的損失
只是抱怨一個好deal溜掉了,你當然可以告,只是我覺得你能拿到的賠償
不可能太高,甚至可能連你上court的時間金錢成本都不划算
就去找另一間房子就算了
