房東毀約 - 舊金山

可以告，但建議small claim court，你應該可以取回
1.這段期間的利息損失 (1401 * 年利率 * N天/365)
2.如果你有收到確認信(他收了你的deposit)，然後你給你目前的房東30-day notice
(以上舉例，總之就是造成你的損失了)
你可以要求適度的賠償，但你必須列舉合理的損失

至於他反悔，然後加價，這點只是造成你的不快
你要求賠償的重點是要提出損失的證明及清單
當然你可以上yelp或BBB去compalint

然而，如果你們沒有簽約，只是單純的"approval"
那賠償的上限取決於你的損失 (切記，損失是指你approval到他cancel)
這段期間發生的事，都可以要求

如果只是週六，然後今天週三，如果你有沒有特別的損失
只是抱怨一個好deal溜掉了，你當然可以告，只是我覺得你能拿到的賠償
不可能太高，甚至可能連你上court的時間金錢成本都不划算

就去找另一間房子就算了
