抽到H1B但又拿到RFE的問題 - 移民

大家好
小弟的狀況是
有抽中H1B但是收到RFE
要補上在OPT期間所有工作的錄取信，工時紀錄和薪資單（因為我有三項不同公司的工作
紀錄）
最近我已經請律師送出補件
想請問
1.公司開給我的工作錄取信上有些是沒有註明工時的，這樣可以嗎？因為其中有一個工作
說他沒有我的打卡紀錄無法作證，這個工作是案件計酬的

2.昨天在移民局官網輸入收據號碼之後查詢最新狀態，卻出現查無此資料
