I am a second year masters student in the School of Public Health at JHU.
Since I will be out of the country for 5 months, I would like to sublease my
cell phone to incoming students at the Baltimore area (preferably Hopkins).

The phone provider is Sprint (http://www.sprint.com/) and the fee would be
$35 a month + extra charges on the bill.
The plan includes 350 minutes of talk time. I have not subscribed for free
text messaging hence you would have to pay about $0.6 per text message
(Incoming and Outgoing).

The phone will be available from June 13, 2011 to November 24, 2011.
However, the length of rent is flexible, according to your need.

This would be good for incoming students who might need a temporary phone
until finding a phone provider.
