政治庇護者的父母可以用FTJ嗎 - 移民

我朋友的姪女申請政治庇護綠卡
目前未滿18歲
那他拿到綠卡之後
可以申請FTJ讓他母親來美國嗎
還是只能透過F2A

綠卡的父母本來就沒有受益權;只有公民的父母才有
F2A是綠卡的未成年子女,不是綠卡的父母,方向剛好相反
