大家好
不知道應該發在cookclub版還是這裡
最近在嘗試做日式便當
爬文說大部分日式便當都是早上煮
放涼了,到中午冷冷的吃
因此盡量都以無醬汁、耐放為原則
在這種情況下
咖哩飯、蛋包飯、燉飯
是不是就不能做了?
另外想詢問如果有自己帶便當(在日本)的話
大家會推薦哪些快速方便的食材呢?
或是日式風格的配菜?
(像玉子燒、章魚熱狗、日式漢堡排等
