我是LA fitness的會員。
今天開email信箱，
收到一封關於LA fitness的email。
這封email內容滿怪的，
標題是:
"Notice of a proposed class action settlement against LA Fitness"
內容滿長的，
中間有提到
"This notice is to inform you of a proposed class action settlement"
"This is not a solicitation. You are not being sued."
然後之後又一堆文字。。。。。。。。
然後最後寫道
"Do not contact either the court,or LA Fitness, about this settlement.
All information can be found at www.gymsettlement.com and 1-877-571-8667,
including contact information for class counsel"
感覺好像是和法律牽扯到的一些內容。
而且最後附上 www.gymsettlement.com 的網址。
信件也是來自[email protected]
想請問也有人收到這樣的email嗎?
