I'm an MBA summer intern looking for a private bedroom in San Francisco,
the Peninsula, or near Berkeley that would offer a commute to my office
in North Beach within 45-50 minutes, ideally via BART or a Muni metro line
to the Embarcadero. Budget runs up to $1,200 max, preferably closer to $1,000;
I don't smoke and prefer not to live with pets due to allergies.
Looking for time frame from now until the 3rd week of August.
