曼谷城市酒店付費 - 泰國

禮拜天即將出發去曼谷自助行
住的飯店是曼谷城市酒店(Bangkok City Hotel)
訂得時候有輸入信用卡卡號
今早收到飯店訂房部的email
內容是:
Thank you for your mail.We would like to inform you that we just do the card
verified 1 night fee THB 1,290.00 to guarantee your booking
No.7720160119XXXXX(check in XX-XX/3/2016). It will show to you as it already
charged to your credit card but it does not charge just block this amount for
15 official days.

Then after this if you check-in as your booking, this amount will be released
itself within 15 days or you can let us use this amount when you check-in for
the payment at the hotel by offline system.

我的理解是check-in後這筆錢就會在15天內扣款or當天同意飯店即可扣款
不知是否正確?
另因國外刷信用卡會有手續費
check-in當天用現金支付可以嗎?
