提到西北颱，大多數人首先會想到葛樂禮和艾利，
如果再把範圍拉大一點到廣義西北颱，則是賀伯、溫妮或蘇力等，
亦或是災情較輕微的馬莎、韋帕等，甚至近幾年的潭美、菲特或昌鴻。
但是很少人提到與葛樂禮和艾利同樣都屬典型西北颱的尼爾森，
當時他移動速度較快，降雨時間較短，強度則和艾利一樣都是2級颱風，
不過他在台北吹出14級陣風，是目前典型西北颱唯一讓台北吹出14級陣風者，
似乎和移速較快疊加風速有關？
在ECMWF最新系集誤差圈明顯縮小的情況下，我想可以拿他來問了XD
板上沒有一篇是以尼爾森為主題的颱風，
所以想請問有沒有年紀比較大的板友能分享一下尼爾森那時的經歷呢？
