hi everyone
我目前有個問題
我朋友他最近想從台灣辭職然後到多倫多工作
我查了一下
要辦工作簽證你必須得先拿到當地公司的offer

所以我有點疑惑如果他真的想來這工作
是不是得先拿旅遊簽證那樣來多倫多然後找工作面試?
等拿到offer後再轉辦工簽?

不知道有沒有人有聽過類似的情況 ?
