根特 租屋 - 比利時

我是今年要到根特大學交換一年的女生
另外有兩位同學院的女生也要一起到根特交換半年

根特規定要9/19才能入住
但我9/1就到比利時了
且今年住宿費漲了100歐 (一個月383歐元)
因此決定要3個女生一起在外面找房子

我有加入Casaswap 並寫了一些找房子的需求
後來有一位有主動留訊息給我

flat. It is located in Gent . (over 25 square meters) room to rent with sole
use of a each room with private bathroom and kitchen ( with shower and bath).
The room is very bright and quiet .It is completely furnished and it has a
LOT of storage space!(Spacious room, with desk, wall shelving, twin bed,
closet, and drawers) The room is in a 3 bedrooms 3 private bathroom flat with
3 private kitchen each and big lounge. just a few walk to tube station and
numerous restaurants and stores Pictures available upon request. ( 5 min
walk) and 3 min walk from many bus stations. It is situated in the lovely
area. Kindly reply with your personal or private email in other to send you
the picture and location of the apartment.

因為當時還在找別的房子 直到昨天才回他信
(主要是問能不能只租半年 還有租金多少 有沒有包水電網路 有沒有洗衣機烘衣機)
他也很快就回覆

Thanks for your response updated,you really sound great.... never mind i can
reserve the room for you till your arrival date and .I will like to know
where you are from and when you will be coming to the flat ? Am confidently
assuring you that you will be more than satisfied when you come into the flat
while you will have your private bathroom . I attached the picture of the
apartment for viewing.

The lease ll be -€300 /per month/ per room including the
utilities,fridge-freezer,oven, washing machine, dryer, gas cooker,microwave,
dishwasher, electricity bill, Internet charges and others bills.---€600 for
the security deposit which is refundable during the departure time from the
room. since there is a perfect procedure that we both have to undergo before
you can proceed with the payment.

其實在我的回信中有告訴他是台灣人 但他好像沒看仔細又問了一遍orz

看完這封回信其實有點覺得怪怪的
有點怕是詐騙
因為照片看起來房間還蠻棒的 而且連洗衣機烘衣機都有 還包水電網路
地理位置也還不錯
而且感覺很想租給我?
(因為之前在網路上看了一些房子 得到的結果都是 不想租給學生 或是不願意只租半年)

目前剛好有朋友在根特大學交換 想請他去幫我看一下這間房子確認一下
因此又回信給屋主能不能去看房
還有再確認一次能不能只租半年

thanks for your prompt response,like i said earlier never mind i can reserve
the room for you till your arrival date My name is xxx xxx xxx,
Originally from Barcelona, Spain. The apartment belongs to my late father and
my mother have been managing and maintaining the apartment,but she is
presently in Belfast due to her work,and i also work in a calling
center..Apartment is very close to city center, public transportation and
supermarket. Yes i can the apartment for you till half a year. we do not
allow third party for the rent either by viewing or by signing the contract
due to our past experience from our previous tenant

However If you really have interest in renting the room just let me have this
request below

-FULL NAME,
-YOUR EXACT ARRIVAL DATE,
-YOUR DEPARTURE DATE,
-YOUR CURRENT ADDRESS
-SCANNED COPY OF YOUR INTERNATIONAL PASSPORT ID,

So that i can quickly instruct our family lawyer to prepare the tenant
agreement form for you to be assure that you are dealing with the right
person and to see the terms and condition of the contract and if you are okay
with the terms and condition then you can proceed with the one month rent and
security deposit to my mother in United Kingdom Via western union money
transfer so that the room can be reserve for you till your arrival date
because there are a lot of people that also have interest in renting the
room,but my mother prefer the most serious person who pay her first

The signed agreement form will be send to you first through attached
mail(with the scanned page of my international passport).for you to read and
understand,after which you will proceed with the payment ,i 'll now send you
the original copy through a registered courier to your address for you to
sign and bring along with you when moving in.

想問一下各位板友覺得是不是詐騙
我接下來應該怎麼辦...

另外如果有板友知道有3間房間的公寓 可以接受租給學生 或是接受可能只租半年
