寮國、柬埔寨、越南、緬甸人的長相似乎比較黑
而泰國人的長相則似乎較白，臉型等也類似華人
原因就是大量中國人血統的加入

Did you even read your own statement? The Thai media is obssesed with using
light-skinned ethnic Chinese people and White/Thai mixed celebs to represent
Thailand. So who's actually obssessed with skin color? Lao people are just
putting out the obvious. You shouldn't be offended especially since what we'

s hard to differentiate Chinese & Viets. You guys both look alike. Any Viet
