澳洲天仁茗茶因廚房髒亂被罰款 - 澳洲

天仁噁心不是一兩天的事情, 以前在小店面只是髒,

食物還算可以吃, 我吃了都腹瀉但為了暫解思鄉之情還是會鍛鍊一下鐵胃

現在就根本是零分...馬來西亞印尼人不懂去吃就算了

到底哪個台灣人會去吃我都很懷疑, 何況city還有十大書房可以吃阿...

最近發現一家We Cafe, 店面乾淨又新, 還有付不少台灣雜誌

內用就可以免錢看, 食物我覺得相當不錯, 炸豆腐, 春捲都有一定水準 (這些都只是配菜)_

並不是來做廣告, 只是看他生意頗為一般

避免他不小心結束營業只留下天仁這種老鼠屎....

: A COMPANY that runs a Swanston Street restaurant has been fined $20,000 after
: a City of Melbourne inspector found its kitchen infested with cockroaches,
: rodent droppings and accumulated grease, dirt and food waste.
: A director of Ten Ren's Tea Station agreed to temporarily shut its upstairs
: kitchen on March 7 this year - after a complaint from a customer - when
: authorities feared for public health.
: Senior magistrate Dan Muling yesterday said there was no justification or
: excuse for the conditions and told its directors they ''wouldn't have your
: own kitchen looking like this''.
: Prosecutor Sebastian Reid yesterday told a court that photographs and his
: summary of the ''deplorable'' conditions showed a ''complete failure to
: comply with mandatory requirements''.
: Melbourne Magistrates Court heard that the directors had since taken
: significant steps to improve the conditions and comply with all notices from
: council.
: Mr Reid said the initial inspectd utensils.
: Mr Reid listed more than 30 examples of Food Act breaches to walls, the
: floor, bowls, fridges and freezers, shelves, door seals, handles, exhaust
: hood and microwave oven.
: These included a high number of live and nesting cockroaches, rodent
: droppings and heavy accumulation of grease, dirt, food waste and rubbish on
: the floor, under fridges, cooking equipment and kitchen benches.
: He said there was also similar accumulations over deep fryers, the oven,
: grill, stove, wok stove, noodle cooker and steamer
: ''Bags and containers of meat were sitting in pools of blood and food waste
: in the base of the upright refrigerator,'' Mr Reid said.
: Tae Station Pty Ltd pleaded guilty to 11 charges that included failing to
: prevent and eradicate pests, failing to maintain food premises to a standard
: of cleanliness and failing to store food to protect it from likely
: contamination.
: Defence barrister Tim Bourke said the directors started the restaurant in
: 2008 and had employed unreliable students and migrants.
: Mr Bourke said that ''at the end of the day this has been a positive
: experience'' for the couple who now ran a ''very well operated and clean
: business''.
: The company was also convicted and ordered to pay $5000 costs.
