在Country of passport這欄中填了TAIWAN

結果在送出後出現了以下的訊息:

You are not eligible to use this service. Please contact your nearest office
of this department. Your nearest office can be found at www.immi.gov.au.

然後估狗了一下相關文章

看到有人說換一台電腦換一個申請時間就可以了

但我已經試過三電腦 從昨天到現在也試過好多次不同的申請時間

請問一下怎麼這問題還一直存在呢?? 謝謝
