如果我沒記錯...
太陽的短波輻射沒辦法直接加熱大氣,所以太陽進入地球之後首先加熱地表,
然後地表溫度昇高之後以長波輻射的方式釋放出來,此時大氣才真正被加熱,
因此越靠近地表氣溫越高,因為大氣並不是直接被太陽加熱的
