又有颱風要成形了嗎？
在台灣東南方海面的熱帶性低氣壓蠢蠢欲動，
氣象局不排除它會持續增強，
在未來這1、2天，變成今年的第14號颱風「天秤」。
氣象局分析，目前這個熱低壓，距離鵝鑾鼻東南方超過500公里，
中心近似滯留，不排除它吸飽水氣之後，
變成今年第14號颱風「天秤」，氣象局密切觀察中。
由於台灣處在一個大的低壓帶，在下個禮拜四之前，天氣相當不穩定，會有午後雷陣雨，
還沒下雨的時候，北台灣高溫34度，中南部跟東部高溫32度，外出記得補充水分。
