I will transfer to another school recently, so my room will rent out for
people

I simply describe my room and the house as the following:

A great location walking distance to SJSU library only two blocks!

free parking space,

TV

the house near downtown, supermarkets,light rails and any bus stop.

my room access to kitchen, living room and clean,huge,shared bathroom

Utilities: maybe $20-35 a month including wireless ,heater, PG&E. depend on
how you use them!

Laundry: Unfortunately there aren't laundry facilities, but there is a
laundromat just a block and cheap.
