綠卡幫配偶申請綠卡之準備文件 - 移民

請問一下有關i-485的填表問題:

在此情況下與I-130同時file

I-485的Applicaiton type 應該是選

a. An immigrant petition giving me an immidiately available
immigrant visa number that has be approved.(Attach a copy of the
approval notice, or relative, special immigrant juvenile, or special
immigrant military visa petition filed with this application that will
give you an immediately available visa number, if approved)

還是

b. My spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was granted
lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows
derivative status for spouse and children.

我認為應該是選a, 但網路上看到有些選a的人接到RFE,
所以現在很困惑, 煩請各位大大解答
