至AIT申請H1-B的問題 - 移民

律師建議的清單

1.DS-156 Nonimmigrant Visa Application and DS-157 Supplement.
2.2 photograph (passport style and size).
3.Your original Notice of H-1B Approval (Form I-797) from the U.S.C.I.S.
4.The white I-94 card that was issued to you when you last entered the U.S.
(if any)
5.Letter from your employer indicating the nature and duration of employment,
as well as remuneration. You should also bring several recent pay stubs.
6.Copy of the I-129 Petition and approved Labor Condition Application
(Form ETA-9035) filed with the U.S. C.I.S. on your behalf by your employer.

Be sure the place of work shown on the LCA is the same as your actual
place of work.

7.Copies of your diplomas, transcripts, foreign education evaluation and
experience letters (if any) to evidence your qualifications for employment.

8.Your passport. It should be valid six months beyond your expected date of
entry to the U.S.

9.If your spouse and/or children are applying for H-4 visas, you should bring
proof of your relationship to them (e.g. marriage certificate, birth
certificate), as well as any H-4 approval notices.

10.If you were in the U.S. earlier as a student, you should also take copies
of your I-20 forms and employment authorization card under practical
training (if applicable).
You need to document that you have not been in the U.S. without proper
status and that you have never worked in the U.S. without proper U.S.C.I.S.
authorization.
