跟男友最近討論到結婚這件事
但我的opt在兩個月內會到期，兩個人目前都在美國
方案一
如果說最近趕快登記結婚後，馬上遞綠卡申請的話，逾期居留是不是有風險？
還是說在轉換身分其間我可以留下來？
因為爬了一下文，男友不能幫我在台灣辦綠卡 （沒有台灣居留權，也不是在台學生）
他短時間內工作關係也不能請假
或是
方案二
結婚後我先回國，他幫我在美國申請綠卡寄到台灣
不知道可不可行？
