Actually Singapore is English peaking country, just need to practice and
be confident, use it as much as possible in daily life, you may save a fortune
attending English class. Most Taiwanese with a degree speaks fine English
but they are just not confident enought or fear of mistake in grammer, as long
as you dare practice, then things would be fine. Most Singaporea speak
improper English anyways.
