強颱蘇力步步進逼，讓不少人擔心之餘，少數上班族關心的即是是否能放颱風假。不過，
氣象主播任立渝表示，放假機會相當低。氣象局則表示，決定權在縣市政府手上。
氣象局針對蘇力颱風，在上午8時30分發布海警，目前預計在晚上8時發布陸警。據預測，
影響最鉅的時間是12日晚間到13日下午。而因外圍環流影響，12日上午，北部有機會下雨
。
有部分網友開始期待12日放颱風假「週休三日」。任立渝認為，會放颱風假的機會不高。
氣象局則表示，12日北部很可能出現7級以上強風，這已達放假標準，但是否放假，決定
權掌握在縣市政府。
