被歐洲飯店討債 - 德國

各位好~
事情是這樣的
今年8月和朋友去歐洲自遊行，飯店都是出發前在網路上訂好的
期間都沒有甚麼問題

直到最近回國後收到信用卡帳單時，發現帳目怪怪的
有一間飯店在我們離開後又刷了一筆343.5歐元的款項
寫信去問才發現

飯店說他們在床墊上發現清洗不掉的血跡
而且我們在退房時沒告知他們這件事，讓他們來不及處理
要我們賠償床墊費用143.5歐以及營業損失200歐

但我跟朋友確認過我們當時沒有人受傷也沒有流血
不知道為什麼會有血跡
也沒辦法證明汙漬是不是我們入住之前就存在的

現在甚麼證據都沒有，請問該怎麼處理才好?

Thank you for your mail.

We found blood spots on the mattress.
Plese see the picture attached. It was von the cover too.

Unfortunately we were not able to clean the mattress again.
So we had to buy a new one. Altough we couldn't clean the blanket too,
we have not charged you it as an act of goodwill.
