詢問 Namsan Guest House2 訂房問題 - 韓國

想詢問有住過Namsan Guest House2的版友，

因為3/30將前往韓國自助旅行，就找了這家民宿，
並在網站上填了Reservation(去年12/30)，
關於訂房的一些問題，來往信件有點長，希望有人能幫忙回答一下。

以下是我們的來往信件

How are you?
We told you that Reconfirmation is required 1month before check in date.
If you do not reconfirm it, your reservation will be
canceled without any notice.
But you did not reconfirm it yet.
We will wait your reconfirmation until tomorrow(on Mar 3).
If you still do not reconfirm until Mar 3, we think you would not come here,
and we will cancel your reservation.
Please understand our rule.
Hope to see you soon in next e-mail.

We will go there and stay at Namsan Guest House for 6 nights!!!
our check-in date : 2011/3/30
our check-out date : 2011/4/5
our room type : 3 persons (Namsan 2)
and we also need pick-up service !
we'll arrive at seoul incheon international airport at 22:55 in 3/30.

(6)這封信很令人困惑，明明有寄信告知說要訂房，但信中說我們沒有reconfirm
還是reconfirm的意思不是要寄email? 那要如何reconfirm呢？

Why do you cancel our reservation??
I' already email you that we will go seoul and stay at Namsan Guest House for
6 nights. (3/30~4/5)
And you told me that you hope we can book it again a week before our check-in
date and I said ok ! I'll book it again on 3/22
What do you mean about "reconfirm" ? email you or book it again ?

雖然最後還是有保留我們的住宿權利，
但不知道是我們誤解Namsan Guest House的意思（英文太爛）
還是他們自己搞錯了呢？
