說說我的經驗...有個做網拍的同學...想在新加坡開戶..
就陪他到新加坡旅行順便到raffles place的金融區問問
結果是..OCBC POSB DBS等銀行對於想開戶的外國人的條件是..
需要一個當地人citizen做擔保
然後跑去hsbc,則不用citizen擔保..
但是..台灣護照等等證件都必須經大使館翻譯成英文才可用來開戶
並且需要at least SGD500~~~~~
以上是我問到的...有錯誤請更正~~~~~
