請問有人住過Comfort Inn嗎 - 溫哥華

請問版上有人住過Comfort Inn這間旅館嗎 或是知道這間旅館的?

因為我日前在booking.com定了這個旅館兩個房間

結果當天晚上就收到信用卡帳單 但是網站上註明不收預定費

而且我之前也是透過這個網站定了其他兩間旅館 從來沒有收到信用卡花費通知

但是就在昨天中午下訂後 晚上十一點收到簡訊通知 我打去銀行問

金額是全部的費用+稅金+手續費 我很錯愕 馬上在寫信去問Comfort Inn的客服

今天早上客服回應我的是

The amount that is showing as taking from your credit card is not a
confirmed charge. It is an authorization, which is a hold taken for the
amount of the room and taxes and a bit more for extra charges. This is a
policy from booking.com -- to authorize your card at the time you make your
reservation. No charge has gone through. The charge will go through upon
check out should you choose to pay by credit card.

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

對我而言 這並不僅僅是個confirmed charge

而且這也不是 booking.com 的政策


請問 這間旅館是不是有問題阿?

我老師跟我說要求他們退費 請問我有權利這樣做吧?

因為真的還蠻不爽的

當初就是看他們便宜所以把之前訂的退掉

結果現在人還沒到全額都付清了

就算要訂金也不用那麼多吧

麻煩知道相關規定的人給我些建議 謝謝
