請教一個買火車票的問題 - 荷蘭

明年一月底要到比利時魯汶
會從荷蘭史基浦機場入境
我現在查到兩種票

1.
Schiphol >> Bruxelles-Midi/Brussel-Zuid (此段是Thalys高鐵)
Bruxelles-Midi/Brussel-Zuid >> Leuven (一般火車)
青年票價是26歐元

Travel Conditions
For travellers aged 12 to 25. Includes the fixed "Any Belgian Station"
supplement allowing you to travel to and from any Belgian station via
Bruxelles-Midi (or via Antwerpen-Berchem if you travel to or from the
Netherlands). Limited availability.


2.
Schiphol >> Mechelen (一般火車)
Mechelen >> Leuven (一般火車)
票價是32.2歐元

我的疑問是:
1. 高鐵票比較便宜是因為要先買相關的PASS才有這個價錢嗎?
還是只要出示我的年齡證明即可?
2. 我是在比利時國鐵網站上查詢訂票的
但取票方式只有兩種a. 寄到比利時盧森堡地區 b. 到比利時國鐵車站取票
a. b. 兩種方式對我都不可行啊
有其它方式嗎?
