I am looking for a young professional or college student who is responsible, respectful and quiet to share a quaint and peaceful 3 bed 3 bath house. You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom.
I am a Chinese young professional Easy-going and Neat; Speak English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese.
The house is really nice. Parking in garage and plenty of street parking nearby. It's easy access to High Way 680, 101 and 880. 5 minutes walking distance to Light Rail VTA station.
All utilities paid (PG&E, water, high speed wireless internet, trash, HOA)
Washer-dryer, Microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator access
Master bedroom(13x17): $850
‧Contract has to be at least 6 months with a deposit of One month rent.
‧30-day-move-out notice is required.
‧Credit check and two most recent pay stubs
‧Light cooking.
‧One room only occupy one person only, no overnight visitor, no pets.
‧No smoking and drugs are allowed.
The room is ready to move-in at 12/01/2012.
