憑什麼老外要有特殊待遇..?
你是出租房子不是做善事..
要做善事..那你就把房子便宜租給南部上來.北部下去的學生吧..
今天如果是換一個台灣人來跟你租房子..
你會不會憑良心的這麼幫忙..
10M光纖怕有契約約題什麼的.
那你幫這老外申請市話.申請瓦斯..你就不怕背契約的問題..?
好心的幫別人翻成英文..一方面不但斷了別人來台灣學中文的動力.
自己累的半死..別人也不一定會感激.
要用用中文...頂多你說慢一點就幫別人大忙了..
不懂..想辦法自己搞懂....不然你就別來了..
想做國民外交..不是爛爛好人1.
你也要等到約簽好.錢收到.人住來後再開始吧
我房子租別人.不論老外老中老台..都一樣..訂金付.約簽好.錢拿來..
..
對了..你要不要上來說說你對你鄰居同學有多好多好..
還是你覺得有人在你那邊跟你說英文.讓你覺的很爽..
還有..你爸難道沒叫你先收錢簽約嗎..?
那我只能說..你跟你爸都涉世未深...
