還是很困惑小費的問題 - 紐約

請問各位，
前幾天我們去TAO吃飯時，用信用卡結帳在Total欄上寫上稅後加小費的金額
可是結帳單送回來一看卻只有刷稅後的價錢
昨天去吃Jean Georges的時候也是一樣
用一百元現金結帳 並在帳單上寫上加小費後的金額(ex:80)
可是找錢回來一看卻是似乎只有收稅後的部分(ex:69.25)
請問大家這是怎麼一回事呢?為什麼兩次都寫了小費卻沒被收費
真的好困惑~麻煩各位解答了 謝謝~!! ><
