We are interested in finding two roommates in a two-bed room apt in Crystal
City. The current roommate is male student living in the master bed room.

There are two vacancies in the apt. The living room is $620, and the bed room
is $665. The bed room size is 11'9 * 15'8, unfurnished, and share the
bathroom with another roommate. The utilities and cable fee is around 50-80
monthly.
We are seeking roommate who is non-smoking, easy-going, responsible, and
quiet and can sign a lease to 7/21/2008.

The apartment is 3 minute walk to Crystal City metro, 10 min walk to Pentagon
City mall. Community facilities include fitness center, outdoor swimming
pool, business center (with free printer, internet, and copy and fax
machine), and internet coffee. There is a washer/dryer within the apartment.
The rooms are available now.
