passport + student photo ID是vital records 這個部分

marriage license屬於Special ID requirements

One form of ID if submitting one of the following:

State drivers license
State identification
U.S. passport
U.S. Armed Forces identification card

- OR -

Two of these forms of ID:

Certified copy of Birth Certificate (English translations required for
foreign certificates)
U.S. naturalization certificate
U.S. resident alien card
Life insurance policy (at least 1 year old)
Foreign passport
U.S. issued consulate identification card
Baptismal record (date of birth must appear)

所以可能得打電話問問能不能用photo id+ passport

我沒有在芝加哥辦過,在別州的經驗是 drivers license + Social Security Card
為了保險起見,連護照跟出生證明都有帶
