關於台灣與海南島的低溫 - 颱風討論

海南島比台灣緯度更南,海口約19.5N,三亞約18N,
海口一月均溫為17.7度,三亞為21.6度,
其中海口均溫約與花蓮相當,三亞還高過台灣所有地方(包括恆春與台東地區)
但是,海口的極端氣溫2.8度.比花蓮4.4度低上1.6度,
三亞極端最低是5.1度,更是比台灣很多地方還低(如恆春8.2度,大武10度,
台東7.7度,蘭嶼9.2度),1999年12月的超強寒流曾讓海南全島失守10度(三亞8.2度,
海口6度)但是台灣南部與東南部不少測站最低溫都還能讀到10度以上,
是什麼原因造成台灣比緯度偏南的海南島更不易寫下低溫紀錄呢?
