請問一下我如果預定reserve ticket with monument pass

上面寫的時間是船出發的時間嗎

還是可以進去底座的時間??

還有就是如果有先訂票大概多久前要到battery park等?

船票的時間，大概提早15-30分鐘到就行了，因為到那邊
