Next best available in rows EE to MM of sections 201 and 203

Category 2
Next best availabe in rows K to R of sections 101 or 103,
rows BB to DD of sections 201 or 203 or in rows EE to NN of section 202

Category 1
Next best available in section 102, rows B to J in sections 101 and 103
or in rows AA to DD in section 202
