被開了超速罰單,想要上safety driving class,警察給我的罰單裡有一張表格, 是用來request permission to take the class, 表格說要有nortarized signature, 請問有申請過的好心人,這是不是說我要先找有notary license的人先簽, 然後才能交到法院, 還是說可以直接到法院要求上課? (i.e the court clerk can be the notarized person?)
