朋友有一間雅房要出租,房間對面就是專屬的半套衛浴
(洗澡的話還是得要跟其他室友共用)

幾個月前朋友也託我在PTT上徵房客過
但他的房客找到新工作又要搬去San Diego了

房間大約150 sqft
地點在Saratoga Ave & San Tomas Aquino Rd附近
很靠近日本超市Mitsuwa跟280

房子很新很大,在裡面活動感覺很舒服 (客廳,廚房都挑高還有個大院子)
$750/Month 現在馬上可以入住!
