預約divana後一定要提供信用卡資料嗎? - 泰國

請教各位~
我已經線上預約divana spa了
也已收到確認的回信
但是他底下寫要提供信用卡資料讓我很疑惑
如果沒有回信有沒有關係?
會被取消嗎?
還有提到500銖是怎麼回事?
In order to guarantee your highest requirements and to complete
our reservation process, please kindly give us your below information

Credit card expiry date:
(Credit Card is only required for booking 3 persons or more)

Delay of arrival Policy:

Kindly keep us informed as soon as possible if the expected delay
of your arrival may occur so that we shall do our best to keep or
reschedule your booking, the booking will be removed from list
if the delay is occurred more than 30 minutes without any notice
or no reconfirmation to be made. Regarding the cancellation of your booking,
we kindly also ask you to inform us at least 12 hours prior
the booking schedule.

Cancellation/ No Show/ No Reconfirmation Policy
Cancellation shall be made 12 hours prior booking schedule.
No show, divana shall charge 500THB per booking hour
